This book contains research that seeks to take a deeper look at the roles that can be performed by the Supreme Court, the Attorney General's Office, the KPK and other institutions in the interest of guaranteeing a more proportionate verdict on criminal cases of corruption. This research report consists of 4 (four) parts. The first part contains an introduction. The second part describes the findings related to the disparity of decisions in criminal cases of corruption in Indonesia. The third part identifies the factors causing the disparity in the sentencing decisions of police cases. The last part of this book discusses the recommendations for the relevant parties to act and play their respective roles.
