Conflict is an expression of conflict between individuals with other individuals, groups with other groups for several reasons. Conflicts or disputes may occur during outreach. In this view, conflict shows that there are differences between two or more individuals that are expressed, remembered, and experienced. There are several ways to manage conflict, one of which is mediation, which is a commitment and action that is built together in dealing with problems.
