The corruption that is still rife in Indonesia, apart from involving those who serve in government agencies, it also involves entrepreneurs or people who are engaged in private businesses. The Deputy for Prevention of the Corruption Eradication Commission makes the private sector one of the focus areas of work. The Directorate of Education and Community Services has a role to encourage:
- the establishment of change agents in the private sector,
- the formation and implementation of policies and regulations that can strengthen efforts to eradicate corruption in the private sector,
- the realization of collaborative actions to eradicate corruption in the private sector.
In supporting these efforts, the Directorate of Education and Community Services has prepared business integrity learning modules that will be taught and disseminated to the private sector. With this module, it is hoped that the understanding and awareness of the private sector regarding corruption as well as the anti-corruption movement and building a business with integrity can run more effectively, along with encouraging the reduction of corruption in Indonesia in general and
private sector in particular.
The Anti-corruption Program Elements for Corporations module was created with the aim that participants are able to properly understand and implement the anti-corruption program elements both from the internal and external sides of the corporation as well as the collective action of anti-corruption programs carried out jointly by corporations. On behalf of the Corruption Eradication Commission, we would like to express our highest appreciation to all those who have worked hard to prepare this module. Hopefully this module will be useful for anti-corruption learning in order to improve business integrity in the private sector (business integrity).
